How it Works
1. Book your ride Fill the form, choose a service which fits your needs and submit. 2. Receive a confirmation mail As soon as you submit a booking form we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a booking number and a summary of your order. The booking number is very important in case you would like to change your order etc.
3. Come to a pick-up location Please come to a pick-up point in time you requested for a pick-up. A pick up point address on the airport is described bellow. In case you have requested a pick-up outside the airport please go to the location you have requested like your hotel reception etc.
4. Enjoy your ride Your driver will take care of the rest. You can pay with cash or with your credit card.

RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS When an order is placed, secure payment by credit card is made. Customers will receive information about their reservations by e-mail, as well as an identification number (link) and all other related information, including conditions and a return policy. The transaction will be carried out in euros, regardless of the origin of the client or the selected institution.
INCLUDED IN RESERVATION Services are described in detail in accordance with the conditions of the reservation.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER When booking, the customer bears full and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy of all the information that must be provided. If it turns out that this is incorrect, this may lead to cancellation of the reservation. In case of poor service due to the fault of the client, TOP TRANSFER does not bear any responsibility and does not return money.
CANCEL Customers may cancel requested or contracted services at any time. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org If the reservation is canceled more than 2 days before the return of the service, 100% of the order price. If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the date of service, you will lose the reservation amount.
