Reservation through a web page implies the explicit acceptance by the client of each general condition, which is considered an integral part of the reservation in accordance with applicable law.

RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS
When an order is placed, secure payment by credit card is made. Customers will receive information about their reservations by e-mail, as well as an identification number (link) and all other related information, including conditions and a return policy.
The transaction will be carried out in euros, regardless of the origin of the client or the selected institution.

INCLUDED IN RESERVATION
Services are described in detail in accordance with the conditions of the reservation.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
When booking, the customer bears full and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy of all the information that must be provided. If it turns out that this is incorrect, this may lead to cancellation of the reservation. In case of poor service due to the fault of the client, TOP TRANSFER does not bear any responsibility and does not return money.

CANCEL
Customers may cancel requested or contracted services at any time. Please send us an email at info@toptransfer24.com
If the reservation is canceled more than 2 days before the return of the service, 100% of the order price.
If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the date of service, you will lose the reservation amount.
